Our Real Estate Offering

Risevest offers a managed portfolio of US properties that generates returns for investors through rent and property value appreciation.

By creating and funding a Real Estate plan with Risevest, users can earn returns that are proportional to their share of the total value of the company's Real Estate Portfolio, and if the value of the portfolio increases, investors will see a corresponding increase in their returns.

This is a way for individuals to invest in real estate in the US without having to personally own and manage properties.

For properties Purchased & managed with rise; Rise charges a one-time procurement charge of 1% of purchase price. And a monthly 10% fee management fee on returns (rental income).

For properties purchased with rise but self-managed; There is a one-time procurement fee and it’s 3% of purchase price.
